We were pleased with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The staff was helpful and accommodating. the location was easily accessible as we were able to find transportation to explore the city.

The view was beautiful from the room and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel was situated in a key location that provided easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the availability of hot water when needed.
The parking situation was unacceptable, as the staff denied the parking facility and did not offer any assistance in finding an alternative. the room was cold and we had to pay extra for a heater, which was not disclosed beforehand.
